吕优优,男,博士,中共党员。省级人才项目-“湖北省青年科技人才晨光托举工程(A类)”获得者,环境食品学教育部重点实验室固定成员,担任beat365体育亚洲官方网站青年联合会第三届委员会委员,中国食品科学技术学会会员,湖北省食品科学技术学会会员,研究方向为功能性乳品与益生乳酸菌工程,指导多位学生获得国家/省/校级竞赛奖项及省级科研创新训练项目。作为负责人主持“国家自然科学基金”“湖北省自然科学基金”“湖北省人才项目”“中央高校自主科技创新基金”“企业横向课题”等多个科研项目,作为骨干参与国家重点研发计划2项。已在Theranostics, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry(封面),Food Chemistry, Molecular Nutrition & Food Research, Food & Function等权威期刊发表研究论文30余篇,包括28篇SCI,一作&通讯12篇。荣获“山东省高等学校科学技术一等奖”1次;申请专利3项,已公布3项(含授权1项);参编专著4部(暂出版2部);担任Frontiers in Microbiology (TOP期刊)评审编辑; Food& Function (TOP期刊), Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture (TOP期刊), Food Bioscience, Frontiers in Nutrition, Fermentation, Microorganisms等SCI及同水平国际权威期刊审稿人。
