个人简介

王小红,女,beat365体育亚洲官方网站食品科技学院教授,博士,博士生导师。中国微生物学会会员,湖北省暨武汉市微生物学会真菌专业委员会任常务委员,湖北省食品安全专家委员会专家,国家科技管理信息系统专家库评审专家。长期致力于食品安全检测与控制的基础理论与关键技术的研究,在常见食源性病原微生物的检测与控制、真菌毒素的免疫学检测等研究领域取得了多项创新性的研究成果,主持承担包括国家“食品安全关键技术研发”重点专项、863计划、国家自然科学基金、湖北省公益性行业、湖北省重点研发计划等项目在内的国家及省部级课题10多项,发表研究论文60余篇(SCI),副主编国家“十一五”规划教材1本,获得授权发明专利6项,获湖北省科技进步二等奖1项,湖北省技术发明奖二等奖1项。

1. 1991/7-1994/8,助理工程师,武汉市食品工业公司科研所任职,从事新产品开发与研究。

3. 2010/10-2011/10,美国加州大学戴维斯分校化学系,国家留学基委公派,访问学者,合作导师:Prof. Claude Meares

研究领域

长期致力于食品安全检测与控制的基础理论与关键技术的研究,以导致食品安全的常见食源性病原微生物、真菌毒素等生物危害因子为研究对象,重点针对其检测与控制中的关键识别元件、控制机理及检测关键技术等展开深入研究。主要研究方向:1. 基于噬菌体及其编码蛋白的食源性病原微生物的检测与控制研究;2. 肉制品中有害微生物的检测与控制研究;3.农产品中常见真菌毒素的免疫学检测技术研究
